World’s Best Watch

Watchmaking excellence was honoured this November in Geneva at the 19th Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) prize-giving ceremony.

The GPHG’s independent jury awarded 19 prizes and attributed the “Aiguille d’Or” Grand Prix to Audemars Piguet for the Royal Oak Selfwinding Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin watch.

The Bvlgari, Chanel, Chronométrie Ferdinand Berthoud, Genus, Hermès, Kudoke, MB&F, Ming, Seiko, Tudor, Urwerk, Vacheron Constantin et Voutilainen brands were also rewarded for their expertise and creativity.  You can find the full list of winning watches here .

Created in 2001 by The Foundation of the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG), The Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève promotes watchmaking and its values around the world.  The annual prize salutes the excellence of worldwide horological production and rewards the finest creations and leading operators in the watchmaking sector.
