Great Gifts

As December approaches next week, the Festive season is now well and truly around the corner!  If you have not been able to squeeze in a little Christmas shopping, we have done some research about some of the great luxury gifts out there this year.

Whether they are for family or friends, there are some great ideas for you to consider, from space trips to beautiful packages that will fit nicely under your tree.

Travel adventures

Our favourite for UK travel comes from luxury travel adventure company, Belmond, part of the LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton group.  Belmond is heralding in a new golden era for its illustrious British Pullman, with a re-imagined Cygnus carriage. Designed by legendary film director and creative visionary, Wes Anderson, the updated Cygnus pays tribute to the golden age of cinema and travel of the 1950s.

Named after the Greek God of Balance, Cygnus is often personified as a swan and immortalised as one of the most recognisable constellations in the night sky. Detailed reference to the myth and legend can be found throughout the design in the intricate waves and swan detailing in the marquetry.  It features two private coupés where every detail of the design and experience takes a journey aboard British Pullman to a new level of luxury. The intimate space, with 360 degree carefully handcrafted marquetry, can be exclusively booked for up to four guests – beginning at London Victoria where the Train Manager greets guests with priority boarding and ensures free flowing champagne is available throughout the journey.   Visit Belmond for booking information.

For a once in a lifetime present, Space Perspective – the world’s first luxury spaceflight company – is offering a trip like no other. Whether solo or with a group, the Neptune spaceship takes passengers on a six hour journey 99% above the Earth’s atmosphere.  You can buy tickets now for space travel in 2025.  Visit Space Perspective for further information and to book.

Under the tree

For more traditional gifts with a seriously luxurious feel, the Daily Telegraph, Tatler and The Evening Standard have compiled their top tips for this year, and here we highlight some of our favourites that will fit nicely under the tree and be sure to cause some excitement and thrills!

For fashion lovers, there’s Dior’s latest Caro Bag or gorgeous studded leather gloves by Bottega Veneta , and for something more cosy JW Anderson’s wool loafers or Prada’s shearling boots

New and Lingwood’s exquisite embroidered dressing gown takes comfort to a whole new level of elegance.

Foodies can celebrate the season with Fortnum & Mason 000 caviar coupled with Lady Gaga Limited Edition Dom Pérignon Rosé Champagne 2006 , and the River Café large gift box brings a taste of ‘la dolce vita’ to home.

And how about bespoke skis for lovers of wintersports, an all electric compact bike for local travel and for budding musicians, Fender’s Billie Eilish Signature Ukulele?

Happy shopping!
