Dear Valued Client,

Further to our previous message, I wanted to keep you informed of how we are working here at Smith Greenfield. As you will be aware the situation with Covid-19 is a rapidly changing one and is causing concern for a variety of reasons for all of us.

We are committed to delivering you with the highest possible levels of service and advice and of course to the well being of all our staff during this crisis. In order to provide this, we have moved to our secure remote working platform which enables us to continue all our services to you and for all of our staff to work remotely.

From 1pm today, the main office at Smith Greenfield will be closed with all staff working remotely through secure and encrypted means.

Claims

There will be no change to claims handling.
If you are following up a claim please email us. In the event you wish to notify us of a claim please telephone us on the main number below. You will also have claims contact details in your policy documentation in the event of an emergency or should you need to contact your Insurer directly.

Your Private Client Adviser

In the first instance please email you query or instructions to your adviser who will be working as usual albeit remotely.
Whilst you will no longer be able to use the current direct dial number that you have for your adviser, if your query is urgent, you will be able to call the main number being 0208 603 3730

Accounts
Remains business as usual. In the event that our office is closed premium payment by card will not be possible and so a BACS payment will be needed during this period. The details required will be on any invoice your receive.
